I have the best dive at Tulamben. The sites are beautiful, the staffs are helpful and very caring, the service is 1000/10, they offer the meal, drink, towels with good valued money. Strongly recommend

Really great place to get my open water cert. the guides are very knowledgeable and helpful, and I had fun with all of my dives I also got an ear infection in the middle of my course (unrelated to the dives) and the staff was super helpful in rescheduling the rest of my classes.
